By accessing the ddk11 Platform, clicking to register an Account, completing the registration form, or using any service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
These Terms & Conditions are effective from the Effective Date stated above and supersede all prior agreements between you and ddk11 regarding your use of the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with ddk11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with ddk11.
Access to and use of the ddk11 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
21+ Only: ddk11 enforces strict age verification through its KYC process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds therein will be subject to review, and any winnings may be forfeited. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The ddk11 Platform is available to users in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before doing so. ddk11 makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
The following categories of persons are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on ddk11:
To access real-money gaming features at ddk11, you must register an Account via the ddk11 Login and registration flow. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number.
You may only hold one Account on the ddk11 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts (whether under the same identity or different identities) constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.
ddk11 is required under its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all registered users before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires you to submit:
KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 hours of submission. During this period, deposits and gameplay remain available. Withdrawals are held pending KYC completion. Once verified, your Account's KYC status remains valid unless ddk11 has reason to request updated documentation (e.g., an expired ID).
ddk11 handles all KYC documents with strict confidentiality under the terms of its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for verification purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by ddk11's licensing authority.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ddk11 Login credentials, including your username and password. ddk11 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
ddk11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any transactions completed using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified ddk11 of a suspected security compromise.
ddk11 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may be displayed within the ddk11 Platform cashier section and are subject to change. ddk11 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to users.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one to three business hours during banking hours. ddk11 does not impose any deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees which are outside ddk11's control.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in compliance with ddk11's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed:
Verified Accounts processing JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically receive funds within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. ddk11 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
ddk11 is obligated under its international gaming license to implement and enforce AML controls. ddk11 reserves the right to request additional documentation (source of funds, source of wealth) for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Accounts under AML review may have withdrawals temporarily held pending resolution. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
Currency note: ddk11 is a PKR-native platform. Your wallet balance is always denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no currency conversion steps, conversion fees, or hidden exchange rate markups applied to your deposits or withdrawals.
ddk11 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section.
All Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms, which are displayed before you opt in. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the bonus expiry period stated in the promotion terms.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward Wagering Requirement completion. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following general contribution rates apply:
ddk11 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal exposure (e.g., placing offsetting bets on the same game round), using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and providing false information to claim a promotion for which you are not eligible.
If bonus abuse is detected, ddk11 reserves the right to void the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them, and to close the Account without obligation to return any Real Money Balance that was not separately deposited.
Bonus Funds that have not been used or whose Wagering Requirements have not been completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
Each game available on the ddk11 Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game's operation.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, ddk11 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's PKR Wallet. ddk11 is not liable for any losses or missed winnings that result from a game malfunction, interrupted Internet connection, or any other technical failure outside ddk11's direct control.
Cricket betting and all sports markets on ddk11 are subject to ddk11's sports betting rules, which include settlement rules for abandoned matches, rain-affected games, and player substitutions in PSL and international cricket. These rules are available in the sports betting section of the Platform. ddk11's decision on the settlement of any market is final and binding.
If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ddk11 will review all legitimate disputes and provide a written outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ddk11 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where warranted, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ddk11's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of ddk11's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ddk11, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
ddk11's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section shall operate to limit ddk11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
ddk11 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data processing activities on ddk11 include: Account registration and KYC verification, transaction processing through PKR payment providers, fraud detection and AML compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform analytics to improve user experience.
ddk11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only as required for payment processing, KYC verification through authorised identity providers, and compliance with ddk11's licensing obligations.
ddk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ddk11 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the ddk11 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with ddk11 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ddk11 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the ddk11 Platform, or any transaction conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
